Power points are limited so should you require power please ensure than you bring the necessary equipment such as extension leads, additional lighting and where necessary a generator.

Next Steps:

  1. Please make an online payment to The Joshua Tree Committee, Account No. 45970998, Sort code 60-12-30 (including Stallholder name in the reference) for the sum above.   A receipt for the booking will be sent to you once funds are received.

  2. Please email with any further requirements you may have, such as power. We cannot guarantee your request but will do our best to accommodate.

  3. Please submit this form no later than Friday 7th May 2021.

  4. I understand that I will also be required to make a donation equal to 10% of all takings resulting from sales and orders taken at the fair.

  5. I understand that in no circumstance can anything be hung or placed against the walls in any of the Arley buildings.

  6. I understand that neither the Charity nor the Arley Hall Trustees can be held responsible for loss or damage to the goods on sale or for personal liability.

  7. I have Product and Public Liability insurance and will provide a copy of the policy by September 2021.
